" Aside from the dubious nightlife of Ayia Napa, Cyprus didn’t have a reputation for cocktails before Lost & Found. But this was less of a problem and more of an opportunity for Dinos Constantinides, who had been schooled in London in business – and in cocktails. His approach when he launched Lost & Found was aimed at bringing the local crowd with him, with classics and twists slowly making way for more experimental serves. The popularity of this place never wanes. Seemingly its only limitation is space, so the bar’s lab has been moved to extend the retro decked-out main bar and the crowds that spill out into the street can now mingle in the extended outside area. A fourth year in The World’s 50 Best Bars and now in the top half of the list, Lost & Found is less the temporary discovery, more the permanent fixture."
