Bar director Leo Robitschek’s menu comprises classically-focused cocktails that take in twists via a cornucopia of exotic spirits and ingredients. The informally referred-to Elephant Bar is where you’ll likely enter and, with its golds, greens and dark woods, it has a sultry, luxurious feel. The bar drifts into the Library, so named because of the floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and leather upholstery which combine for a more cerebral feel, while down a short corridor is a more high-tempo space, with green booths that face a busy arching bar.
