A large expanse, brought to life by its word art and world music that plays nightly, Oriole is the work of London bar pioneers Edmund Weil and Rosie Stimpson, who brought us the seminal London speakeasy, Nightjar. Like its sister’s, Oriole’s cocktails come in wondrous form – vessels rather than glasses, extravagant garnishes and esoteric flavours. But this second fledgling of the nest has pared back the ingredients list and the ecosystem-esque garnishes, with no impact on the drinks’ magnificence.
